Registration Materials
There is a one time membership fee to Miss America that must be paid before competing in your FIRST local of the season. If you have already competed this season, you do not need to do this again. If it is your first local of the season, please follow the link below and register and pay the fee.
The Fee to compete for Miss Northwest Territory & Miss Ohio Valley Teen is $125 (covers two titles)
If paying by check: Miss Northwest Territory Scholarship Program., 75 N. Monty Road, Vincennes, IN 47591. Venmo is also a payment option, please contact to use Venmo.
​All Miss and Teen paperwork is the same. Follow instructions below. All paperwork can be submitted via email to missnwtov@gmail.com. A high resolution headshot also needs to be submitted by the paperwork deadline.

If your talent required music to be played,
please provide the tract in mp3 format
via email. Also plan on bringing a jump
drive as a back up for the file.
A $30 registration is required as a part of the
MAO partnership.
